1. Prizes to be accepted as offered and as presented, there are no substitutes.

7. All disputes will be settled by “The Board” of “CHHA-NL”, all decisions are final.

10. 50/50 ONLINE DRAW can only be purchased online and only in addition the initial ticket purchase. Each ticket purchased online has the following options available only per ticket: One (1) 50/50 Chance for $10.00 or Three (3) 50/50 Chances for $25.00 per or No (50/50) option for each ticket purchased. Either or none of these options must be selected at time of initial ticket purchased. Each Ticket for the Ultimate Dream Home has a maximum of up to three (3) 50/50 chances per ticket. This Draw will take place on the Wednesday, July 17, 2013 immediately following the drawing of The Ultimate Dream Home Prizes. 15. $5,000.00 Cash Prize is offered in the form of a Cheque from CHHA-NL.
16. Home Insurance Package from Cal LeGrow Financial. Package includes a home insurance policy for one year up to a value of $1,000.00. Policy has a $1,000.00 deductible and can only be applied to the home at 18 Dauntless Street, St. John's, NL and must be occupied by the winner. Should the home not be occupied by the winner, a Cash Prize option of $750.00 will be offered in the form of a cheque in the winner's name.
