1. Prizes to be accepted as offered and as presented, there are no substitutes.
2. Prizes have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
3. Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
4. All persons may purchase tickets. However, Staff and Board members of CHHA-NL and their immediate family (defined as spouse and children residing with them) are not eligible to claim/win any prizes.
5. Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery under authority of The Trade Practices Division, Department of Government Services, Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, orders must be purchased within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
6. We “CHHA-NL” reserve the right to publish names, addresses, and photographs of all the winners and or ticket purchases and also retain the right to use such for any and all promotional purposes for an indefinite period of time. CHHA-NL does adhere to PIPEDA

8. All disputes will be settled by “The Board” of “CHHA-NL”, all decisions are final.
9. Our “CHHA-NL” liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only, if for any reason the ticket stub is not included in the draw. CHHA-NL will make every reasonable effort to ensure that no tickets are excluded.
10. The seller is the person /organization/agency who actually sells the ticket, and their name must be written on the ticket stub in the appropriate space provided.

11. Order of draw: First, the Grand Prize then the remaining prizes in ascending numerical order.

16. Home Insurance package from Cal LeGrow Financial. Package includes a home insurance policy for one year up to a value of $1,000.00. Policy has a $1,000.00 deductible and can only be applied to the home of at 17 Antelope Street, St. John's, NL and must be occupied by the winner. Should the home not be occupied by the winner. A Cash Prize option of $750.00 will be offered in the form of a cheque in the winner's name.
